Welcome to

TAith Therapy Training

Welcome to TAith Therapy, a unique environment for Psychotherapy services, supervision and training in mid Wales.

My name is Kate Hardy and my own journey as a counsellor and psychotherapist began over 20 years ago. I now supervise and train people in the powerful, positive approach of Transactional Analysis or TA Psychotherapy. I am also still a practising UK Registered Psychotherapist, including working online and face to face, with couples and EMDR.

I live and work in a farmhouse and smallholding in the beautiful and peaceful environment of Cors Caron, mid Wales. I am pleased to offer training in small, intimate groups in the craft and skills of psychotherapy, grounded in the nationally and internationally recognised approach of Transactional Analysis.

The next Workshop, TA101 – your Invitation to TA, is happening in Ystrad Meurig on 31st May and 1st June 2025.

The essential Introduction and gateway to further training in TA. Transactional Analysis, or TA is a fantastic, well established toolkit for understanding self and others which can lead into counselling, training, psychotherapy, coaching and more. Some basic skills in TA are great for anybody who works with people in fact. Kate Hardy PTSTA, MSc (psych) will facilitate with TA psychotherapist in training and ASW Cathie Long.

The follwing week , 7th and 8th June

‘Be Here Now’ TA and Bodywork

The Body keeps the score, everything starts with the Body. UKCP Registered Psychotherapists Lynda Howell and Kate Hardy will lead you on a journey to facilitate you in learning to listen to your body and work with your own and your client’s boundaries, ego states and trauma history.

I offer online TA therapy groups on a Monday afternoon (weekly) and Tuesday evening (fortnightly) as well as online group supervision for psychotherapists.
