A TA therapy group is a place to learn more about yourself, and how you feel and behave with others, alongside a small number of fellow group members and a facilitator. Groups are kept small — a maximum of six people — so everyone is genuinely seen.

Because these are closed groups, they aren’t open to new members mid-cycle — get in touch to be added to the waiting list for the next intake.
Maximum six people per group. Hours count toward the therapy-hours requirement for TA counselling and psychotherapy qualifications.
